## Decent product-poor leadershipAnonymous (Former Employee) - Remote - September 26, 2023As with many start ups, those who have been there the longest are promoted into leadership/management positions without any management skills or the desire to manage. There is a severe lack of management or the desire to provide direct and open feedback in the department I was in. Often projects or parts of projects would be completed for someone rather than providing communication around what to do differently which prohibits scale. Tellius also lacks women and LGBTQ representation, particularly in leadership/management and does little for bias or harassment training. There is inherent favoritism towards women who had outside work relationships with their superiors.

Management is very responsive and they care about employee. Company has a very open and diverse environment. Apart from improving my skills, I learned to mange and lead design.
